Olga Camargo, AIF® is nationally recognized for being at the forefront of innovative, culturally relevant bilingual financial education, having helped more than 10,000 people a year since 2011 through the investment advisory practice she built and later sold. Today, she works at a higher strategic level, designing and leading bilingual financial platforms and national initiatives for institutions that are advancing efforts to close wealth gaps across the United States and beyond.

Prosperity Rise Mindset® partners with executive leaders, boards, employers, and institutions on retirement strategy, fiduciary insight, and bilingual financial education for their workforces. SHENIX® is an innovative bilingual financial wellness platform that delivers culturally relevant financial education, tools, and career resources to individuals and global workforces, with a special focus on communities that have been under‑served by traditional financial services.
Earlier in her career, Olga built and successfully exited an investment advisory practice focused on workplace retirement plans and financial education, giving her firsthand experience taking a business from launch to succession. Today, she brings that entrepreneurial and governance lens to every boardroom and leadership conversation she joins.

Olga serves as President of the Northeastern Illinois University Foundation Board, where she provides fiduciary oversight and strategic guidance for a multimillion‑dollar endowment. She is Chair Emeritus and past National Board Chair of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national organization advancing Latino talent and leadership, and has held roles on civic and advisory bodies including the Chicago Plan Commission and the Metropolitan Planning Council.
